defines your brand? To jonz for something is to have a craving that comes from
deep in your soul. You simply can’t think of anything, but that good thing you’re jonzin’ for. Your mouth
waters at the thought of indulging your taste-buds with sweet, homemade goodness.Your mind can’t let go of the good
memories of homemade cookies, cakes, pies, . . . DESSERTS! You’re jonzin’. You’re jonzin’ bad. You’re
having a sweet jonz! It is our mission at Sweet Jonz to help you by feeding your jonz. We use the finest and freshest ingredients
in making our mouthwatering desserts and treats. We’ll help you take the edge off your sweet jonz, and we’ll make
sure you’ll want to come back for more. Sweet Jonz desserts and treats are something to look forward to. A Sweet Jonz
can be a private pleasure or a gift of joy. How
important is it to have a dream/vision? Without a vision for your life, how do
you get through those days that make you question? Question why you work as hard as you do? Question which paths to take?
Once I had the vision of Sweet Jonz, I purposefully wrote down exactly what I saw for Sweet Jonz and for myself. Between you
and me, I took the next step and actually taped my vision for Sweet Jonz to my bathroom mirror. I look at it every day. I
begin each day reading it aloud. I stay focused this way. Starting a business takes a tremendous amount of work. There are
many sleepless WEEKS! My vision keeps me pushing forward. My vision reminds me of why I work as hard as I do on those days
when I am so tired I am delusional. My vision directs me on the paths toward its fulfillment when life hands me distractions.
Vision provides clarity. Who/what challenges your vision to grow? Tish
Emmens and TEworks is proof that vision + consistency = success! I have had the privilege to watch TEworks
grow over the years into the successful company it is today. I strive to one day be as much an inspiration
to others as TEworks has been an inspiration to me. Sweet Jonz is my baby.
Since its inception, each day has provided me with new challenges and opportunities. As with any baby, it has been exciting
witnessing the first steps (i.e., my first order, my first
catering job, etc.). I look forward to watching Sweet Jonz grow and mature. The anticipation of its endless possibilities
keeps me going! I do not claim to know it all but, I do know that we all have gifts. One
of my gifts is baking. Another gift is my desire to see people happy. These gifts have helped me to cultivate a vision for
my life which, in turn helped me to birth Sweet Jonz. I believe that when you truly feel the power behind how you see your
life, you realize you have the courage to make it happen! Life is meant to be lived big! Everything else is just a waste. |
